1. scuds is the first fair trade cannabis product service. We support organic craft growers who use natural additives. Our co-operative direct distribution chain supports craft producers and biological manufacturers.

Our interlocutors don’t define as clients, nor consumers; they are members of the co-operative: scuds doesn’t charge its adherents membership fees, or claims retribution from anyone in any form to belong, and/or to certify quality produce with our safety seal. All access is free. We are always open and complete the commercial system.
3. The Société Coopérative Utilitaire de Distribution Solidaire ensures full transparency in trading relationships throughout its whole supply chain.
All our operations are carried out in an equitable way with fair and just conditions:
- scuds provides relevant market information to all members on a regular basis, to enable them to better understand the market context and make informed decisions
- we trade with integrity and act as market liaison for the producers we source from
- we trace our ingredients from source to sale to ensure that producers receive their fair share of profits from any product sourced, manufactured and/or distributed
- we share with our growers, suppliers, producers and manufacturers the contracts we enter with third party manufacturers, wholesalers, and sellers
- scudsnet’s long term commitments with growers, producers, manufacturers, suppliers, and members are fulfilled in absolute clarity and honesty, to guarantee the empowerment of us all, and a fully sustainable development along every single production line
- The rights of workers are respected. Our co-op endorses the International Labour Organization’s call for decent work
- we operate, pre-finance and finance at zero interest rate
4. Our adherents are aware of societies impact on biodiversity and the environment, employing biodynamic agriculture and sustainable production processes.
scuds keeps the carbon footprint of its supply chain to the absolute minimum. The group cannot handle pesticides, noxious additives, nor chemicals in any shape or form.
5. We believe in fair trade through an association supporting proximity agriculture, cultivating biodynamic craft produce, sun-grown on unpolluted soil for medicinal and re-creative use.
